Very fast delivery, very good food!

Great food, the portions are so big, the food is so delicious.

Order took about 3 hours to arrive. When we asked after 1, 1.5, 2 & 2.5 hours, we were each assured "it will be there in 10-15 minutes". When she finally arrived a) the sushi had run out of shape (avocado brown, fish glassy) and was thrown away b) the starters and main courses (optimistically) lukewarm and c) the salad is lukewarm. The filling of the wonton varies widely, from not at all to very little. I don't order any food so that I can't enjoy it at all (sushi) or hardly (the rest) or even throw it away. Whoever was responsible for the kitchen today has clearly failed and we will not order again. PS: The supplier was friendly, even if about as annoyed as we are about the performance of the kitchen - I suspect he has been able to listen to the opinions of customers today, poor guy who is probably the least likely to be able to help.

Good food to go too

We have often ordered from Magic Sushi through the website. The last time it didn't go optimally. That can happen and everyone deserves a second chance. However, today it was more than a disaster. After no confirmation email for our order came again, I called after 45 minutes to make sure that nothing went wrong on my part. According to the phone call it said that my order had arrived and that there was just a lot to do. Unfortunately, I couldn't be told how long it would take. After waiting another 45 minutes, I called again. Suddenly I was told that there was no order. That was the last time, Magic Sushi has definitely lost us as customers !!!!!

Waiting for the order to be given up after 5 hours ... I was assured by phone after about 3 hours that it was right there. Waited more than 3 hours for the last order. Never again...

We usually always order from Magic Sushi in Esting. Unfortunately I did not pay attention on the website and unintentionally ordered here. The food came after 2 hours, was cold and didn't taste good. The pizza was completely greasy and the Thai curry was not spicy (although "extra spicy" was stated in the order). When I called after an hour and asked when the food was coming, I was told it would come in about 15 minutes. But it actually only came after two hours. Who can prefer to order from Magic-Sushi in Esting. The delivery is faster and easier, it tastes good and the food arrives warm at least.

What was the food like? No idea. The last few times everything was great and delicious. This time, however, I had to wait 3 hours to say and write. After 1 hour I made a complaint by phone and was treated extremely unfriendly on the phone. You couldn't understand the lady either. After 1.5 hours the same thing again and set a deadline to deliver with 2 hours 25 minutes after ordering. They were still not there. So I went to eat somewhere else. The supplier driver was still quite friendly on the phone when he was in front of the apartment after 3 hours and I was eating somewhere else. Conclusion if nothing is going on you get good food. When stress is there. You wait for hours and thank you for being the most unfriendly on the phone. I felt like a disturbing factor. And that is exactly the reason that I will never order here again. There are enough other companies that are happy to be ordered from you and thank you. I can only advise everyone against it, because you can also catch this day where you are annoyed to have ordered. The only customer friendly today was the driver. I am sorry for him that he no longer deserves me.

We ordered here often. Normally I do not like Asian food. But here it is different. The food is always made with fresh vegetables and ingredients. No one-dimensional of the sauces as well as fresh herbs. A taste experience that you rarely find. We only order there.

Super delicious food!! Really authentic Thai and Vietnamese food! Price is good quality is great... I would recommend the duck dish... and the Thai chicken curry... also, the best option is to dine in rather than ordering online, because it’s the best when it’s just been cooked!
